Chilean walnut industry rebounded

Chilean walnut exports, which previously experienced a decline in 2019, have now returned to the conditions in 2018, with a value of 20M USD in 2020. At the same time, Spain and Germany, which are the main importers of Chilean walnuts, have also increased re-exports to neighboring countries. Meanwhile, the US, which is the world's largest importer of walnuts, experienced a decline in imports of under 400M USD, but was still the largest contributor to Spain and Germany.
