India as an exporting country of Cardamom has experienced a price decline in 2021 by -1.35% from the previous year. Meanwhile, the increase in export volume was 2 times higher in 2020, which was above 4 K mt. This may be due to an increase in the volume of cardamom production in India. Apart from exports, India also imports cardamom from several countries, one of which is Nepal. In the last 5 years, Nepal's cardamom production volume has increased, even this is correlated with an increase in the export volume of cardamom to India by 6.81 K mt in 2020.
