Rising US Import Prices while Mexican Avocados Strengthen in the Market

The wholesale price of imported Hass avocado has been jumping high especially last August with 94 USD per Cartons 2 layers. While the US import prices have been declined towards Q2 2021 but started to recover in July. Back then in 2020, the US imports reached 2.4B USD with Mexico as their largest exporter which took up 90% of the global market share.
