Despite the 8th year running, Spain and the Netherlands are still the countries that control the strawberry market in Germany. Spain exports were mainly shipped to Germany in the spring season. While the Netherlands also exporting strawberries periodically in one year, with a large value occurred around April and May. The market shift was seen in Greece, as a country that supplies a very small amount of strawberries to Germany in 2012, now growing its export values rapidly in 2020, even surpassing Egypt and France.
