Yangiyul Juice Factory offers puree from peaches directly from our factories. Peach puree differs in the content of natural sugars (fructose and glucose) in the final product. For today there are two main types of puree - 10-12% and 30-32%. The first kind of puree - single strength, without evaporation. It means, that the product remains the natural sugar content - 10-12 Brix. It is mainly used for baby food. In contrast to that product, peach puree 30-32 Brix is used for juices, nectars, and other similar products. To reduce the costs of transportation puree is contracted by removing water to a condition in which the sugar content comes to values of 30-32%. The color is slightly darker than the puree 10-12bx. Most often we supply peach puree in aseptic bags. The average weight of the pure product in a drum is nearly 230 kg. The minimum order is FTL/Full container.

The Apple puree is then thermally processed to obtain commercial sterility and aseptically cooled and packed in bags with Aseptic High Barrier, with 1” or 2” pressure plug fitment. Bags are one-way into trunk-conical metallic with plastic caps or recyclable cardboard drums.

Our zucchini puree is made keeping all the properties of the product ensuring it reaches the customer in the most natural way possible.
The main component of zucchini is water, followed by carbohydrates; regarding its vitamin value, the presence of folate, vitamin C and B-carotene must be highlighted. All these properties make zucchini ideal for protecting the cardiovascular system. We produce zucchini puree as well as Baby marrow puree. Both are intended for their use in preparing soups, juices, creams, sauces, purees, natural health products, and the production of baby food.

The Pomegranate Concentrate is ideal for the production of soft drinks and beverages and can be reconstituted by dilution with water to reach the Brix of the ready-to-drink product. Apart from drinks and beverages, our Pomegranate Concentrate Clear can be used in fruit industrial applications, bakery products, dairy products, ice creams, ready meals, jams, and syrups.
