Belarusian exports of cheese and cottage cheese in 2021 exceeded $1 billion. In general, the supply of dairy products increased, however, for some positions, a decrease in physical volumes was still noted. They were offset by rising prices, which increased revenue. Belarusian exports of non-condensed milk and cream in 2021 decreased by 12.4% to 205.6 thousand tons. In value terms, the loss amounted to 3.1% to $179.87 million, according to Belstat.
