Thanks to the joint work of ranchers, small, medium and large producers, as well as the use of technology and innovative practices, Mexico stands out worldwide for its robust dairy production chain. In accordance with data from the National Chamber of Milk Industry (Canilec), the elaboration of milk and its derivatives represents the fourth place in the product gross domestic product (GDP) of the national food industry.
