Con el decreto Mipaaf n. 528795 del pasado 18 de octubre, se otorgó una prórroga a los plazos que deben cumplir las empresas procesadoras de leche, bovina, caprina y ovina en cuanto a las declaraciones obligatorias para registrarse en el sistema Sian.

With Mipaaf decree n. 528795 of 18 October last, an extension was granted to the terms that milk, bovine, goat and sheep milk processing companies must comply with as regards the mandatory declarations to be registered in the Sian system. Following reports from several Italian Regions and Autonomous Provinces, about the difficulties in operating the IT platform set up for loading data and the consequent difficulty in respecting the strict deadlines set by the legislation, with the risk of subjecting operators to the sanctioning system , the Mipaaf has decided to extend some deadlines established in the application decrees of 2021.
