As PKO BP analysts inform in the latest AgroNavigator, the increase in milk production in the EU, the rebound in supplies in New Zealand, as well as the maintenance of positive dynamics in the USA, despite the reduction of supplies in Australia, translate into an improvement in the supply situation on the global milk market. However, there is a lot of uncertainty about future supply dynamics, especially on the EU market. EC forecasts from early April indicate a decrease in EU milk production in 2023 by 0.2 percent. Due to the fall in milk prices, the number of cows may decrease by approx. 1 percent.
