First, the entry of livestock vehicles into 23 locations in 9 migratory bird habitats will be controlled, while a rest period system will be operated for 50 duck farms (approximately 600,000 ducks). The dormancy system is a system that provides compensation to farms that do not raise ducks, which are relatively vulnerable to AI, in the winter.
