So, in 2020, the export of fresh tomatoes amounted to $313 million, in 2021 this figure increased by 16% to $363 million. Tomato exports also showed significant growth in 2022. In January 2022, exports increased by 23% compared to the same period in 2021 and reached $43.6 million.
