In January-March 2023, Ukraine imported 2.4 thousand tons of buttermilk, fermented or fermented milk and cream - 4% less than the figure for the same period last year. During the first quarter of 2023, $4.7 million was spent on the purchase of these products, which is 23.7% more than in the first three months of last year.
