Vietnam’s pepper accounts for 40% of global production volume, 60% of global export share, and has reached 105 countries and territories in the world with an annual export quantity of up to 280,000 MT. With the development of pepper cultivation and deep processing, Vietnam pepper can be provided in various forms and quality standards, from the whole peppercorn to ready-to-use ground, with a delightful, vibrant, earthy flavor and bold aroma. The main production areas include Central Highlands, Southeastern regions, Phu Quoc and Quang Tri. The annual crop season is from January to April, while Quang Tri pepper is harvested later in July-August. Major export markets are the US, Europe, China, India, UAE, Egypt, etc.
