Tahiti Lime - also known as Persian Lime - is a variety of green citrus. The fruits have a zesty taste and are commonly consumed with other food in retail environments, such as in recreational settings at bars and restaurants. It is known that limes are rich in magnesium and potassium which help lower blood pressure and improve blood circulation.
Martínez de la Torre, a city of Veracruz of Mexico, is the most important region in the production of Tahiti Lime. Its geographic location, weather, and soil allow for year-round production. There are other productive regions in Mexico such as Colima, Jalisco, Yucatan, and Oaxaca, however, Veracruz is the most productive region which is well-known for its high quality. Our fresh-cut limes from Veracruz are grown in mid or high-tech orchards with irrigation systems, fertilization control systems, and packing houses. They also have Global gap certification.
