Apibusiness Development Company (ABDC)

ABDC Ltd. is a specialized apiculture honey company based in Kigali. It started as the former Center for Band beekeeping Services (CESAP), which was started by a local NGO called ARDI at the beginning of 1992 to promote the agribusiness sector in Rwanda. Today, ABDC produces and distributes its Rwandan honey and bee products because of the stable political climate, good business conditions, and good governance. In addition, it processes and distributes selected natural honey, modern beekeeping supplies, and equipment, professional apiculture business services, high-quality antibacterial honey, as well as services like training and marketing connections.
