- Established in 1947, the farm is located in Sonnino at 600 metres above sea level, approximately 40 km from Latina, and is situated in the area known as Valle d’Oro (Golden Valley), where the olive groves of the traditional Itrana variety stretch out before the eyes.
- The cultivation of olive groves takes place in a rural, genuine and biologically healthy environment. The soil is not treated with pesticides and the fertilizers are based on organic elements.
- The olive harvest is done by hand taking only the product present on the plants. The oil is extracted with the cold pressure technique and other traditional methods, in a local mill.
- The extra virgin olive oil produced has very high notes of organoleptic qualities and ensures compliance with the most rigorous authenticity.
- The farm obtained the Organic Farming and the ISO 22005:07 certification.
