Bodega Edelmira

The winery is located in the traditional wine-growing area of ​​Mendoza, Maipú.

Built in 1930, with a classic colonial architecture, it has accompanied Edelmira since 1978.

With a production capacity of 2,200,000 liters of wine. It has forty epoxy-coated concrete pools, which are used for the fermentation of reds, with a capacity of approximately 10,000kg of grapes each.

For white wines, it has 12 stainless steel tanks of 20,000 liters, 4 tanks of 10,000 liters and 5 tanks of 5,000 liters. All of these capabilities have built-in cold.

It also has two cellars with 80 French oak barrels each, in which our reserve wine is aged and acquires the contribution of wood, acquiring structure and tannins that allow it to reach its maximum maturity and expression.

Behind the winery, looking at the Andes Mountains, the farm unfolds, where the grapes grow that will later give rise to our precious wines.
