Founded by Paul Brand I (grandfather of the current managing director) and now managed by the third and fourth generation, the company has repeatedly been given a new, more modern look over the years. The entire history of Brand Quality Meat is characterized by innovations, optimizations and efforts to become even better.
The history of the company begins on the former site of a straw husk factory. As one of the first meat companies, Brand Qualitätsfleisch, with the emerging possibilities of refrigeration technology, no longer brings the animals to the live markets in the big cities, but slaughters them with short transport routes in the production area and transports the meat to the customer.
Niko Brand, now the 4th generation of the Brand family , takes over additional competencies from Paul Brand III and brings the company forward with new ideas.
Niko expands the company with a new hall, in which a state-of-the-art cutting takes place, which also withstands the requirements of complex special marketing. In addition to large-volume standard cuts, special orders can also be implemented here quickly and easily. The long-standing partnership with the Schmitz company for dismantling will not be continued.
