All of their products are checked and controlled by employees in each country to ensure high quality and the specifications agreed upon by the customer. The majority of products have ASC and MSC certificates.
Jacob Stokkebye founded Butler's Choice in 1997. Jacob has a formal British butler education and has worked as a manager, chef, and sommelier in Michelin-starred restaurants in France and Denmark for more than ten years. He has been working in the seafood industry for 25 years and introduced sustainable warm-water shrimp to Scandinavia.
With representative offices in India and Vietnam, Butlers Choice has its headquarters in Nyborg, Denmark.
