Centrale del Latte di Brescia was established in 1931 and is a dairy company based in Brescia. It initially offered pasteurized milk in bottles, sold raw directly at the production stalls. By 1960, the production has doubled and the need to modify the previous plants arose in order to upgrade plants to ones with high pasteurization. In 1962, they replaced glass bottles with newly introduced Tetra-Pak and established themselves with the name "triangle".
In 1963 a new product is launched, the long-life UHT milk from organic farming, proposed in the liter pack, both whole and partially skimmed. It is the first organic product of the plant and the first UHT plant in Italy. The company uses 50% recycled PET to show its respect for the environment. The company has obtained EEC the Organic Products, ISO 22005, HACCP, BRC, and IFS certifications
