Coln Valley, which was founded in 1974, is now synonymous with premium smoked salmon. Coln Valley has been preparing smoked salmon in flavors of the future using old-fashioned production techniques for more than 40 years. Coln Valley continues to produce smoked salmon with a wonderfully mild, smoky flavor by utilizing replicas of the original London brick kilns, also known as "London Smokeholes," and methods that were developed more than 200 years ago in the East End of London.
