Cos Cooperativa Sabaudia was set up in 1966 by 31 farmers. It is focused on local fruit and vegetable products during all seasons. Its main products include tomatoes, radish, aubergine, cabbage, melons, and cucumber.
It has 70 ac of land, of whom quite 40 ac of greenhouse. It has a crop production of 84.000 quintals, to the value of € 5 M. Its core values are based on the unconditional respect for the environment and the nature of the territory. It is Global Gap and HACCP certified.
