- Established in 2004 by a group of small entrepreneurs from Entre Ríos when a pig farming establishment was acquired.
- In 2007 a balanced feed manufacturing plant was incorporated, for the collection of raw materials and its subsequent process to achieve nutrition for the pig farm.
- Also, a new activity began with the raising of broiler chickens through an integration system with poultry producers in the region.
- At the beginning of 2012, the company inaugurated its own slaughter plant.
- In 2013 a breeding hen establishment was incorporated.
- 2018 was the year of consolidation of the company. In the first semester, it managed to open its own hatchery, with the latest technology to achieve full efficiency at births.
- At the same time, it obtained authorizations to trade with the main importing destinations of poultry meat, thus adding more than 40 countries to which it is authorized to export (for example Hong Kong, Gabon, Ghana, Cuba, Yemen, Comoros islands, Angola, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Benin, Liberia, Chile, Vietnam, South Africa, Brazil, Canada, Uruguay, China, and Saudi Arabia).
- Certifications: Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM), Standardized Sanitation Operating Procedures (POES), Integrated Pest Management (IPM), Water Quality Program, Preventive maintenance program, Quality System, based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), as a preventive system whose main objective is to maintain the safety of manufactured products. It also has the authorization to produce products under the Islamic Regulations of the "Halal" rite.
