- Established in 1943, it is a cold storage plant specialized in exporting high-quality frozen seafood from the South Atlantic Sea to the international markets.
- Among its products are kingclip, red snapper, squid, whiting cococha, croaker, red shrimp, flounder, whiting, grouper, argentine croaker, sea trout, flathead, and ray.
- It has a 1,600 m² conditioned area assigned for processing and packaging 35 T/day of commercial species frozen in 6 tunnels and 4 T/3 hours in 3 double contact freezers, with a combined storage capacity of 3,000 T.
