Hermann and Paula Fritz purchased Emil Fritz's butcher shop in Friesenheim (Baden) in 1930. Fritz Vieh- und Fleischhandels GmbH is a long-standing, family-owned business.

With many years of experience, Fritz Vieh- und Fleischhandels GmbH now imports beef directly from South America.

Several times a year, producers in South America are visited and selected in order to obtain the desired high quality of beef.

On the seemingly endless pastures in South America, the animals are raised species-appropriately. The animals have access to a wide variety of succulent grasses in these areas. After a period of rest, the selected oxen are meticulously slaughtered and cut according to our cut specifications.
