Andrew has always observed and participated in the cultivation and production of olive oil, moved by the love and interest that his grandparents and parents have inspired in him. Growing up, he decided to invest in the land, and to make a new beginning using innovative ideas. With the support of his father, he continue the family tradition by following established cultivation and olive pressing practices and introducing new, improved and certified methods in order to produce extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality.

Saliai Family have operated more than 4 generations in the olive oil industry, in 1997 the family moved in Kalamata of Greece and decided to cultivated and produced superior category Extra Virgin Olive Oil exclusively from Koroneiki variety!

Our main product is Olive Oil that is obtained directly by olives and solely by mechanical means. Its Extra Virgin Classification means that is produced without chemical treatment, contains less than 0.8% acidity and has an amazing taste. As a family business we have produced extra virgin olive oil since 1997. Our experience on this field made us one of the main producers that provide high quality of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Southwest part of Greece in Kalamata.
