- A small family farm established in the 1950s, with fields located in the Barycz Valley Landscape Park, a protected area in south-western Poland. - Products include sauerkraut as well as pickled products and juices from cucumber, garlic, red cabbage, and beet. - Practices a slow process of pickling without modern chemical additives, without preservatives, fermentation accelerators or bleaches. - Has own storage facilities and produces products for both the domestic and international markets.
