Joro Farms and Agriculture Processing Limited through this write-up is proposing to partner with RMG Ghana Limitedto conduct demonstrations, training, conducting of field days, promoting the use of inputs and organising sales to both the nucleus farm as well as the out growers of the farm. The business interest was conceived, after the Managing Director of the farm got in touch with the Sale Manager (Irrigation Systems) of RMG in the person of Mr. Eugene Amoako who later paid a working visit to our farms.
2.0 COMPANY BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION:
Joro Farms & Agriculture Processing Limited was established in 1999 as a Limited Liability company, limited by shares. The company is registered with the Registrar General Department with registration number C-84,612. Principal activities of the company include; vegetable production and processing. The farm produces both local/traditional vegetable crops to meet local demand and exotic vegetables for export. The farm of the company is located at Gomoa Buduatta in the Gomoa East District of the Central Region. The distance is about 40 kilometres from Accra. The area is well known as one of the vegetable producing hubs in the country. The main office is however, located in Accra with the location address as House number C273/3 Ring Road Central, Asylum Down.

3.0 COMPANY MISSION AND OBJECTIVES:
Joro Farms & Agriculture Processing Limited was established with the mission to promote and establish itself as a key vegetable producer and exporter of both local and exotic vegetables. Over the years the company established a brand name that is synonymous with social, economic and environmental well-being of the customers and the society at large.
With this mission, the major objectives of thecompany are therefore set as follows:
• To mobilize resources in terms of both human and inputs for production and export of quality vegetables.
• To ensure product qualities that meet local and international standards.
• Establish well organised supply chain for vegetables with consistency of supply through nucleus farm production and outgrower scheme.
• Enter into vegetable processing as a means of adding value to the products.
• Create job opportunities for the rural dwellers especially women, youth and other young adult groups.
