-Established in 1995. They are a traditional family winery where they make organic and natural wines with grapes from their own vineyards and fermented in clay jars. All the wines are organic and within these they make a totally natural range without added sulphites or other additives. -The winery is located in Valdepeñas, Castilla la Mancha, where they develop the project in an autonomous and independent way. -The vineyards are situated at 700 metres of altitude in soils with marls and limestone. They are the perfect soils for vinegrowing in addition to the arid and sunny continental climate and wide seasonal variation. -The winery owns indigenous yeast and ferment in traditional XIX Century earthenware jars or clay amphorae (each one with a capacity of 5.000 litres). -In the 80s they were the first winery in the region (Castilla-La Mancha) to introduce organic vine-growing and winemaking -Varieties: Cencibel/Tempranillo, White Airén, Macabeo, Verdejo, Syrah, Garnacha and Cabernet Sauvignon - Certifications: Organic, “VINO DE LA TIERRA DE CASTILLA” -Designation of Origin: V.T. de Castilla - Cultivates two vineyards one measures 38 hectares and the other one measures 4.5 hectares.
