Pinot Grigio
Pinot Grigio
Pinot Grigio has been grown in Trentino for decades. In the foothills and valley bottom vineyards - now converted to organic viticulture - of Lavis and Gardolo, on the sandy loam originating from the deposits of the Avisio stream and the alluvial sediments of the Adige river, Pinot Grigio finds the ideal substrate. At the organoleptic analysis, the wine shows an intense golden yellow color, with a warm and inviting aroma, rich in ripe fruit and honey. In the mouth the rich minerality stands out, with a long and fruity aftertaste.
Chardonnay
Chardonnay
Chardonnay is a grape of French origin, introduced for more than a century in the wine-growing areas of Lavis and Pressano. Young but complex wine, this wine stands out for its elegance and freshness. Straw yellow in color with green hues, the wine has a pleasant scent, with fruity notes of Golden apple and pineapple. The flavor is full and pleasantly harmonious.
Sauvignon
Sauvignon
Our Sauvignon Blanc is grown on the heights at the mouth of the Cembra Valley, in some particularly suitable areas where the daily temperature variations allow to preserve the aromatic component of the grapes. The result is a wine with a straw yellow color with green reflections, with very intense and sweet notes on the nose, of elderberry, peach and ripe fruit. In the mouth it is complex, rich and full with a savory and mineral taste, but with an excellent return of ripe fruit.
Greggi
Greggi
Greggi summarizes the desire to make a red hill wine through the search for elegance but with a strong fruity and fragrant component. The roots of the Lagrein vineyards sink into different types of soil, carefully selected, which generously give different characteristics to the grapes. Complementary characters capable of creating an extraordinary balance. The warmth and softness of the light soils of Sorni are combined with the more vertical and deep character of the clayey and heavy soils of Pressano. The ability to find harmony of these different components is extraordinary and the result is an important, decisive and exciting Lagrein.
Vich Sauvignon
Vich Sauvignon
Sauvignon blanc is an extremely demanding variety where the optimal conditions for obtaining high quality are by no means common. In Trentino on the hills of Meano and in the Cembra Valley in rare corners of land the synthesis between clay and Dolomite stones, between the heat of the sun and fresh mornings, between the care of the vineyard and the slow ripening it is possible to obtain grapes suitable for production of our Vich. Care, passion, maniacal attention and artisan enology are at the service of this extraordinary wine expression to enhance its full potential.
