Beekeeper and producer Yann Bresson began his endeavors in June 2009. Due of his attachment to the integrity and caliber of his products, he decides to practice sustainable agriculture. It was only natural that he returned to the kitchen to create a gourmet line of honey-based goods, available either singly or in gift boxes, after spending 20 years in the restaurant industry.
