Le Sauzet

Family-owned for over four generations, the winery is located in Saint-Cristore-de-Rodières, in the Gard department, the gateway to Provence. It is located on a hill between the Ardèche Valley and the Seise River.

I have two jobs.

The vineyards of Domaine Lou Pas d'Estrèche have been making organic wine since 1984.

In 1987, with the creation of Sause, the production of organic vinegars using wines from the Domaine's vineyards began. This activity was developed to offer a wide range of flavors of organic vinegar. We have also created a variety of organic mustards with the same quality mindset.

We manufacture and sell only organic products, ensuring the traceability and geographical origin of our products.

We buy exclusively in France and all basic products come from organic wine producers we know very well.

All our products are guaranteed organic and certified by ECOCERT SAS.
