For nearly 30 years, it has been offering exceptional Cognac and flavorful aperitifs and cocktails based on Cognac and fruits.
Gérard Paignon, whose roots are from a long lineage of winegrowers, is a passionate and particularly creative liquor maker. Thanks to ancestral know-how and his incredible mixology skills, he was able to elaborate exceptional aperitifs and liquors recipes based on Cognac and natural ingredients over the years, Lise Baccara is regularly rewarded for the originality and the great gustatory quality of its recipes in France and abroad: in the USA it won three honors (in San Francisco, New York, and Miami) for its 20 years old XO Cognac, Lise Baccara's traditional Troussepinète and for our Elixir cocktails.
