More than 20 businesses in the Republic of Mordovia and the Ulyanovsk region are part of the Russian food product manufacturer Agrogroup "Good Deed." Good Deed Agrogroup oversees 12 agricultural businesses, including a poultry farm with 16 production sites, a single milk processing business, a meat processing complex with pork, beef, and poultry, a feed mill, and its own trading houses. Other businesses include dairy and beef cattle breeding and crop production.
Around 140 thousand hectares of sown areas are included in the Good Deed agricultural group, which spans several administrative territories: Sursky district in the Ulyanovsk region, as well as the districts of Chamzinsky, Krasnoslobodsky, Staroshaigovsky, Kadoshkinsky, and Dubensky in the Republic of Mordovia.
More than 20,000 heads of cattle are kept by the Group's agricultural enterprises, including 8,000 head of dairy herds and 34,500 head of pigs. The agricultural company has a dominant position in Mordovia in terms of milk production and supplies dairy products to Russia. Over 71,000 tons were produced in 2021, with a daily milk yield of 23.5 kilograms. The volume of poultry meat produced exceeds 150 thousand tons or more than 60% of the regional volume. In 2021, there were more than 300,000 edible eggs produced, and more than 74 million eggs were incubated. As per an autonomous rating, the horticultural undertaking is among the best 10 poultry meat makers in Russia.
Today, more than 6,000 people are employed by Agrogroup businesses, which are constantly introducing cutting-edge innovations and modernizing production processes.
