Molinos Ararat is the first company in the country in the elaboration of BULGUR WHEAT and its derivations.
The bulgur wheat is elaborated using the candeal wheat as input, which is left, sifted, precooked in autoclave and dried.
The excellent nutritious properties make of the bulgur wheat a very good product for daily consumption.
The bulgur wheat is used in stews, soups, salads, among others.
