The company was founded on September 1, 2006 in the village of Koda, Tetritskaro district, on the basis of the old poultry factory there. The company produces and sells more than 75 million chicken eggs per year throughout Georgia under the trademark "Dila".
On the territory of the 53-hectare enterprise, in a clean and healthy environment, there is an incubator equipped with modern technologies for 400,000 wings, a poultry farm for breeding chicks (140,000 wings)
