- Established in 1991, one of the leaders of the Ukrainian agrarian market specializes in the production and export of grain, logistics, and shipbuilding.

- Main products are winter wheat, maize, winter barley, sunflower seed, soybean, sorghum.
- The total volume of grain storage is about 2 MMT.
- Has a private port terminal with a pier and facilities for receiving, shipping, drying and cleaning grain. Has own fleet of vessels.
- Exports products to more than 70 countries. The export structure is dominated by wheat with a share of 44,7%, maize - 38,1%, barley - 10%, rapeseed - 3,5%, soybeans - 2,8%, sorghum - 0,9%
- Annual export volume of agricultural products is about 6 MMT.
