Indian spices include a variety of spices grown in the Indian subcontinent (a subregion of South Asia). A wide variety of spices are produced in India due to the different climates in different parts of the country. Many of them are native to the subcontinent, but some have been imported from similar climates and grown locally for centuries.The spice is used in several forms.
