Raka Cheese has been making cheese for 18 years and is one of the leaders in the market offering Kenyans a taste of discerning cheese. Cheese and cheese making is our passion in Raka! In 2002, her husband, Rajesh Padia developed an interest in cheese, especially those produced in Nyeri, Kenya. Just a two-hour drive from Nairobi, it is now the largest city in Nyeri County. Here is the grave of Lieutenant General Powell in Baden, and his cottage, Paktu, is a popular tourist destination.
