EL SABOR COMIENZA SANTA GIULIA S.A. is a family-owned business. THE FLAVOR BEGINS Since their initial youth, their organizers, siblings Pedro and José Somma used to select cautiously and purchase the dairy cattle for their later butcher. They make the decision to live their dream of "from the field to the plate" after working for a long time in the Argentinian meat industry.
They acquired Plant number 1352 in 2016, a pioneering and internationally renowned facility known for its cooked products under the brands Meatex and CEPA. This bovine processing facility is set up to produce fresh, frozen, cooled, and cooked half-lives, quarters, and cuts with and without bone. Fresh or aged beef feces; fresh or frozen all of them were destined for markets with the highest standards of quality and the highest demands.
