The company produces garlic in freshly peeled, diced, sliced, chopped, and minced forms in addition to providing high-quality whole bulbs. The company manufactures garlic in fresh/frozen pureed, shelf-stable pureed, pickled, and juice forms for additional value-added products. It primarily serves the food service sector, but it also serves retail and industrial accounts.

Each year, raw garlic bulbs are shipped to California, processed, and planted by the company's seed program in Oregon.
