- A German company established in 1988, specialized in the slaughter, butchering, and processing of meat raised under animal-friendly and organic conditions in accordance with agricultural quality guidelines.
- Products include fresh and frozen beef, pork, veal, lamb, chicken, turkey, duck, and goose; sausage products, ham, boiled and cooked sausage, as well as meat stock.
- Manages 80 ha of average farmland/holding on the Lower Rhine and 150 ha on the Müritz with a production capacity of up to 700 pigs, 40 cattle and 3,500 poultry/week.
- Use feeds composed of home-grown or regionally grown cereals, oilseed rape, field beans, peas and, corn in small proportions, supplemented with non-genetically modified soya, minerals, and vitamins.
- IFS 6, QS Organic, Demeter, Bioland, Naturland, and Biokreis certified.
