After years of meticulous research and refinement, Applease Korea succeeded in creating distinctive apple wines and derivative liquors that reflect both tradition and innovation.

Every year, Applease Korea sources fresh apples grown in Uiseong to produce its base apple wine. This wine is aged in traditional Korean earthenware (onggi), a process that smooths the harshness of alcohol, enhances natural sweetness, and creates a refined, clean finish.
