Company Description
Sergio Brugnoli was the visionary founder of La Rustichella Truffles, and his legacy
remains at the core of our company culture. In 1986, together with his wife Maria, he
was able to realize his dream: creating the best truffle paté on the market using the
highest quality ingredients.
Sergio’s goal was not only to create an amazing product, but he also wanted to
support and work in a partnership with his customers, and he was proud and happy
to offer his unique products to them.
Our headquarters and production facility are located in the
greater Rome area, with other branches based in London,
Singapore, New York and Rio de Janeiro.
The production facility, recently fully renovated, uses green
energy provided by solar panels. We follow the highest spe
cifications, including BRC, IFS, and ISO 22000, and other
product certifications such as VEGAN, BIO, USDA, HALAL,
and KOSHER.
