Our story begins in 1976 in Emilia Romagna, the heart of the Italian Food Valley. In the 1990s, Cerreto Organic began large scale production and distribution of herbs, seeds, pulses and more, and then established itself as a pioneer in the field of organic food.

Our products, organic or conventional, are characterised by the quality of the
raw material. We boast several certifications which are synonymous with quality and food safety, including BRCS and IFS, obtained with the highest level, through unannounced Audits.

FOOD SAFETY AND TRANSPARENCY
We have implemented an innovative system, which allows the consumer to check the laboratory analysis performed on the products by scanning a special QR code on the packaging.

SUSTAINABILITY
We have always been environmentally conscious: we power ourselves through our photovoltaic panels and by purchasing energy from renewable sources only. In addition, our company and products are now Carbon Neutral certified: all CO2 produced by our work is 100% offset, making our business sustainable and in balance with the planet.
