We have been devoting our time, passion and effort for 45 years to creating crafted Italian specialities, using natural quality ingredients and adding no preservatives or colorings to make genuine and traditional recipes.
Our production is all 100% inhouse and includes a wide range of products, including: pestos with “Genovese basil DOP”, truffle specialties, sauces, creams, egg pasta, risotti and polenta.

Here at La Favorita we never tire of discovering new ways of bringing together local recipes inspired by local traditions and culture. Over the years, we have created more than 100 recipes; recipes that we also produce under private label at our workshop in Borgo San Dalmazzo, near Cuneo.
