Behind our Brand

Our story begin in a region, Calabria, situated in Italy's deepest south, a land where sea and mountain coexist, and where the sun shines 300 days and warms people's heart 365 days a year. Its geographical location and climatic condition are ideal for the growth of unique agri-food products such us Calabrian chili peppers, Red Tropean onion of Calabria, ‘Nduja and Tomatoes.

It is with these premises that our founder, Domenico "Mimmo" Scalise, started to build our dream, and what started within the small walls of a workshop has now become one of the most well-known Calabrian brand in food preservation industry.
