Benvolio 1938 organic corn seed oil is obtained by mechanically pressing corn seeds from organic certified agriculture. Benvolio from 1938 selects the best seeds and oils and guarantees the quality of the product along the whole productin chain from the seeds to the shelf. Corn oil is extracted from the dried seeds of the Zea Mais L. plant. It is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, particularly linoleic acid (Omega 6), and it has a low saturated fatty acids content which makes it suitable for a balanced anti-cholesterol diet. This oilis a source of vitamin E and it is indicated for raw dressing. Our corn oil is used for dressing raw or cooked dishes in a way that does not alter their flavor. It is not recommended for frying because it does not show great resistance to high temperatures. Ideal as a dressing on salads and vegetables. To valorize its helthy properties, it is better to consume it raw.
