Wild Hassan oysters are caught on underwater rocks in a diving way, near the village of Hassan, in the southernmost part of Peter the Great Bay. From here the name of this oyster went - Hasan or Seaside. Special living conditions contributed to the appearance of this species with pronounced taste. The sea taste of the Hasan oyster, especially its salinity, immediately manifests itself vividly. The taste of oysters varies from slightly salted to sweet. It has a unique ratio of body weight to total weight. Hassan oyster is considered medium in size and has a beautiful wavy shell shape.
