Gold Raisins are dried Seedless grapes . This popular kind of raisin is produced from grapes with natural characteristics and specific sugar level. This raisin are also known Dark Brown Raisin. Golden raisins are dried, coated , stemmed, mechanically cleaned, sorted and packaged with the customers special specifications. Processing of the golden raisins always is started with washing. The producer dries the product in the shadows and coat them with vegetable oil. This process doesn’t have effect on its moisture quickly. The next step is to remove the stems and cleaning. The final step is sorting them.
